In Japan, loyalty is cultivated like a garden: step by step, season after season.
Since 1 October 2026, the House of Sakura Care welcomes its guests with the Privilege Club. It marks two moments in our story: the opening of our second address, Rue de Tongres, devoted to DECORTÉ rituals, and a new client system that helps us know your rituals, preferences and appointments better.
Your membership card lives in your phone, in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It shows your status, from Bronze to Platinum, and lets us recognise you at every visit. Every ritual brings a petal. At the fifth, the House offers your next ritual. And the more often you visit, the more your status opens to you.
1. Membership
- The Privilege Club is open to any adult client of Sakura Care.
- The membership card is free, personal and in your name.
2. Petals
- Every ritual paid for and carried out in one of our two institutes (Avenue des Celtes 55 or Rue de Tongres 53, 1040 Etterbeek) earns 1 petal, with a maximum of one per day.
- The programme starts on 1 October 2026. Every account starts at 0 petals; rituals carried out before that date do not earn petals.
- The petal is added by our team, who scan your card on the day of the ritual.
- A cancelled or missed appointment, or a free ritual, does not earn a petal.
- Petals remain valid for 12 months after your last visit. Without a visit for 12 months, the balance returns to 0.
3. The free ritual
- After 5 paid rituals, that is 5 petals, your 6th ritual is free.
- Its value does not exceed the average amount paid for those 5 rituals. Example: five sessions at 30 EUR give a free ritual worth up to 30 EUR. If you choose a more expensive ritual, you only pay the difference.
- Book the free ritual like any appointment and show your card at reception.
4. Status and benefits
Your status depends on the total of the rituals you have paid for at Sakura Care.
- Bronze, from your first card: petals, and 5% off products.
- Silver, from 300 EUR: 10% off rituals and 10% off products.
- Gold, from 800 EUR: 15% off rituals, 15% off products, and 50% off one ritual during your birthday week (discount up to 60 EUR).
- Platinum, from 2,000 EUR: 20% off rituals, 15% off products, and one free ritual during your birthday week (up to 120 EUR).
- Your birthday week runs from 3 days before to 3 days after your birthday. The birthday benefit can be used once a year; your date of birth must be registered at reception, and proof of identity may be requested.
- Discounts do not apply to a free ritual, to the birthday benefit, to gift cards, or on top of another offer or promotion.
- Annual review: from 1 October 2027, your status will be recalculated every year on 1 October, based on the rituals paid for during the previous 12 months. The thresholds for this review will be published on this page at least 30 days in advance.
5. Referral
- When a person who has never visited Sakura Care completes and pays for a first ritual on your recommendation, you receive 1 petal.
- Gold members also receive a credit of 5% of the amount your guest paid for that first ritual; Platinum members receive 10%.
- This credit is recorded on your card. It can be used for a product or a ritual at Sakura Care; it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and it remains valid for 12 months.
- Your guest gives your name when booking her first appointment.
6. General rules
- Petals, credits and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- Sakura Care may change the programme. Any change is announced on this page at least 30 days in advance. Petals and credits already earned remain yours.
- In case of abuse or fraud, Sakura Care may deactivate a card.
7. Your data
- The programme uses your name, card number, date of birth (if you give it) and ritual history. This data is kept by Sakura Care SRL and used only for the programme.
