Terms of the Privilege Club

The Privilege Club is open to any adult client of Sakura Care.
The membership card is free, personal and in your name. It is issued after you confirm your e-mail address.

Every ritual paid and carried out in one of our two salons (Avenue des Celtes 55 or Rue de Tongres 53, 1040 Etterbeek) earns 1 petal, at most one per day.
The programme started on 1 October 2026. Rituals carried out before that date do not earn petals. Signing up does not earn a petal.
The petal is added by our team, who scan your card on the day of the ritual.
A cancelled or missed appointment, or a ritual on us, does not earn a petal.
Petals remain valid for 12 months after your last visit. Without a visit for 12 months, the balance returns to 0.

After 5 paid rituals (5 petals), your 6th ritual is on us.
Its value does not exceed the average amount paid for those 5 rituals. Example: five sessions at €30 give a ritual on us up to €30. If you choose a more expensive ritual, you pay the difference.
Book it like any appointment and show your card at reception.

Your tier depends on the total of the rituals you have paid at Sakura Care.

Your birthday week runs from 3 days before to 3 days after your birthday. The birthday benefit can be used once a year; proof of identity may be requested.
Discounts do not apply to a ritual on us, to the birthday benefit or to gift cards, and cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.
Annual review: from 1 October 2027, tiers will be recalculated every year on 1 October, based on the rituals paid during the previous 12 months. The thresholds for this review will be published on this page at least 30 days in advance.

When someone who has never been to Sakura Care pays for her first ritual on your recommendation, you receive 1 petal.
Gold members also receive a credit of 5 % of the amount paid by the person you referred for her first ritual; Platinum members 10 %.
The credit is recorded on your card and can be used for a product or a treatment at Sakura Care. It cannot be refunded in cash or transferred, and remains valid for 12 months.
The person you refer gives your card number or mobile number when she signs up on this page, or at reception on her first visit.

Petals, credits and benefits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
Sakura Care may change the programme. Any change is announced on this page at least 30 days in advance. Petals and credits already earned remain earned.
In case of abuse or fraud, Sakura Care may deactivate a card.

The programme uses your name, date of birth, mobile number, e-mail address, preferred salon, card number and ritual history. Sakura Care SRL keeps these data and uses them only for the programme, and for offers only if you have ticked that box.
