The House’s technology
A beauty house that runs on its own technology.
We built our own system on Odoo 19: 17 modules written for a beauty institute. It runs on the reception computer, on the therapists’ tablets and in clients’ phones.

Each therapist sees her day, her clients and her target.
In the morning she opens her tablet: her appointments, each client’s notes, the treatments to prepare, the arrival to confirm. Reception no longer has to carry everything.
AI concierge
An assistant who answers every client, in three languages.
On the phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. She knows the rituals and prices, offers free slots, sends the booking link and passes delicate requests to the team.

What does it really cost?
Nothing to start. The first 3 months are free, then the subscription is €89 excl. VAT per month. There is no entry fee and no percentage of your revenue.
Do I have to change my institute’s name?
No. At the Rituals Partner and Sakura Care Salon levels, you keep your name. Only Maisons Sakura Care carry our name on the façade.
Does the system replace my current software?
It can: booking, calendar, client files, payments and loyalty. We help you bring over your clients and appointments.
Do I have to buy devices or stock?
No. You order the products you need for your rituals, with no minimum. Devices remain an option, at partner terms.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. The subscription can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
My institute is not in Brussels. Can I apply?
Yes. The Network is open to institutes across Belgium.
What happens after I apply?
We get back to you to set up a first conversation. If the Network suits you, you receive the pre-contractual information document, then we schedule your training.
